Gitea is the application I use to host my personal Git server. It has several features to bring it to parity with GitHub:

• An account management system with email notifications
• The usual repository management system plus the different settings
• Gitea Actions, which uses the act_runner project to create compatibility with most GitHub Actions workflows

I like that the application tries to make moving from GitHub as easy as possible.
