+The CMES-Boom mobile app is a project by the non-profit organization [[Techies Without Borders]], part of the broader CMES project. The app provides a way to download and view content while offline.
+
+The application is built with [[Angular]] on [[Capacitor by Ionic]].
+
+This app is actively used in medical facilities in Uganda and Nepal, to name a few.
